Co-ordination Support Assistant (Permanent Full Time Role) - Closing date 12pm 13/08/18

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support our fast paced Care Co-Ordination Team working out of our office on Leeds Road, Huddersfield. We are looking for someone to work in partnership with all office staff members to assist in the smooth running of the day to day operations of the organisation and participate in its development.

The role is permanent and full time (37Hours).

If you are passionate about quality care provision, have experience working in a care provision office, are excellent under pressure, thrive in new environments, have a thirst for knowledge and would like the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and enthusiastic Care Co-Ordination Team then this is the job for you!

You need to have:

•  Excellent communication skills

•  Good computer knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook

•  Previous experience of working in a care environment

•  Experience working to set targets and deadlines

•  Excellent working under Pressure

•  Experience handling high call volumes

•  Knowledge of rostering care work

37 hours a week

Monday – Friday 8.45 am until 4.30 pm

Salary of £18,995.78 (hourly rate of £9.87)
