Our Care Coordinator Emma Hartley..
“I came to Carers Trust in 2011. I had worked in the care sector since leaving school, and always knew I wanted to grow within an organisation but never felt in the right organisation to do so.
I started as a Care Support Worker in 2011 and shortly after a role came up for Team Leader so I applied for it. I received a lot of support from the organisation to prepare me for the application and interview and I was successful.
Then from there a role was structured called Field Care Supervisor, again I applied and I got the role. After this a Care Coordinator role came up which is where I am now.
I love my job and love the organisation I work for which I am very passionate about.
Carers trust have provided me with a lot of training and encouraged me to do my level 5 in Health and Social care which I completed and graduated in 2018 which was a massive achievement.
I hope to stay with Carers trust for a long time and to keep developing my skills.”
